Having read the slimming tips above I whole heartedly agree with them.Just over a year ago I joined Slimming World having put on 18lbs.I tried to loose the excess weight by myself but got disheartened when nothing seem to be happening.I joined a local class in the June and by the end of the summer had lost all the extra weight ready for my holiday.I have continued to go as I find it a great social evening as well as a way of keeping my weight in check.I would highly recommend joining a slimming class whether you have a lot or a little weight to loose.There is the support you need on those times when you feel like giving up.I say go for it and watch the pounds fall away.

Just thought of another one after eating 5 fairy cakes on the trot !! ( or was it 7)
Tip 13. Do not bake lots of gorgeous cakes for your family unless you can resist them yourself
